1. Not able to send CDM Action Plan via email after completing wizard.
Currently the latest CDM Wizard suppers Adobe Viewer from the Android Play Store. Please try installing this, then email functionality should return.
2. Getting connection errors while trying to use the app.
This is a known problem affecting a small number of older devices. If you come across this problem try using our online portal that can be accessible via cdmwizard.citb.co.uk through your mobile browser (you can also access it through a desktop browser too!). Please could you also submit a support ticket through the link in the top right, letting us know you encountered the problem, what device you are using at what version of Android you have installed.
